Hi, I'm Victor Ouy, a Software Engineer with a B.S. in Computer Science and experience across applied AI, cloud infrastructure, and full-stack development. I'm currently a full-time Technology Associate Consultant at Synechron, where I work as a software engineer for clients such as SMBC and RapDev.

I've delivered systems from POC to production—including RAG-powered document chatbots, supply-chain ESG analytics, CV-to-RFP agentic engines, and iOS features used by the majority of active users. I build and refactor microservices for cloud-agnostic deployment, design CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and security scans, and integrate NLP, vector databases, and LLM APIs for real-time insights.
